This office chair has been sitting in a side pool of the Monatiquot River where large granite boulders pinch the river into small waterfalls.
It may be cleaned up in the near future if the planned fish ladder is built in this spot. Several small trees and old fencing has been tagged with surveyor's tape.
I tried out my 50mm f/2 lens with my IR filter last week. Aside from confirming that the lens seems to work fine without an obvious hotspot, I had a bit of fun with this shot.

My wife had a hankering to play some Bingo today (Sunday). After 3 years of living in Quincy, she found a regular game at a church down the street from our house. It's in a church, with a large graveyard (quick lesson, a graveyard is always attached to a church, while a cemetery is any place where people are buried, church or not) on the property. I've been meaning to get to this one for a while.
The inscriptions on these two small stones were amusing when I saw them. The other side of them is the normal name information.
